the prices above cover our coaching only. Tal‑Qroqq is run by SportMalta — Malta's
national sports authority — and has its own membership scheme. Members pay SportMalta
directly for facility access (gym floor, changing rooms, pool). We'll point you to the
right tier when you join us; most clients keep an annual membership.

What is an AI boost token?
One token equals one AI action — a photo meal scan, an AI meal plan, an AI recipe image, or a generated training insight. Most clients use between 5 and 15 tokens a month for regular nutrition logging.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The app-only plan is monthly and cancellable at any time from inside the app. Your data stays available for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is there a free trial?
You can install the app and explore the trainer-bundled content for free. Paid features unlock once you start a training package or subscribe to the app-only plan.
I already train with Marvic — do I have to pay for the app?
No. Every training package includes full app access at no extra cost. The €15/month plan is only for clients who do not currently buy training sessions.
What if I run out of tokens?
The app keeps working — only AI features (photo scans, meal plan generation, recipe images) pause. You can buy a top-up pack, switch to the monthly auto-refill, or wait for your free monthly allowance to reset.
How is billing handled?
All payments go through Stripe with end-to-end encryption. Invoices are emailed automatically and stored under your account. No card details are ever stored on MyPT servers.
Do you offer student or family discounts?
The Family plan covers two profiles for €25/month. For student discounts and bulk household plans, contact Marvic directly.
Can I share my plan with my partner?
Each profile has its own logins, goals, and data. The Family plan gives both profiles full app access with shared trainer messaging and a combined token pool.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA direct debit for EU accounts. Stripe handles the secure processing.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are inclusive of Malta VAT where applicable. EU business accounts can supply a VAT number at checkout to receive a zero-rated invoice.
