Reaching a peak of almost 145KG was unpleasant, to say the least. Going up the stairs was a struggle, & tying his shoelaces was a nightmare.

He studied to become a personal trainer, initially for his own improvement, never imagining that one day he would be working in a fitness environment.

Today, he has the opportunity to work & mentor people with intellectual disabilities.

Reaching a weight of an early 100kg was a turning point for Miriam. She is now a state-registered dietitian & helps people daily with their health & fitness journies.

She studied at the University of Malta to become a dietitian, whilst also following a part-time course in personal training.

Dietitians are the go-to health professionals, as they will guide you on how to best manage your conditions.
